The woman from Noakhali saved herself from rape by biting the hands of the scoundrels.
Police arrested two accused of torturinga lady in Noakhali Begumganj after failing to rape her, have given confessional statements in court. during an ll|one amongst|one in every of"> one among the 2 accused testified under Section 164 in a Noakhali court on Wednesday that they entered the housewife's house that night and bit her hand once they tried to rape her. The two accused who gave their confessional statements in court on Thursday were Delwar Bahini member Abdur Rahimand native member Moazzem Hossain alias Sohag.
Accused No. 2 Abdur Rahim of Noakhali iswithin the court of Senior Judicial Magistrate Mashfiqul Haque of Noakhali No. 3 Amli Court and UP Member Moazzem Hossain alias Sohag is that the judge of Amli Court No. 1 Senior Judicial Magistrate Md. Shoaib Uddin Khan testified in court.
According to a court source, accused Abdur Rahim admitted that he had touchedthe lady and kicked her twice.
UP member and union Awami League vice-president Moazzem Hossain admitted in his deposition thatthe lady came to his house a couple of days after the incident and reported the incident. the lady then told him the names of the people involved in the incident. Moazzem Hossain didn't speak to anyone about the matter after hearing the woman's complaint. No action they need to take during this regard.
According to the accused, after they bitethe lady , the accused stripped her naked and tortured her. It does video. the lady takes one and a half thousand rupees from her husband to shop for medicine.
Meanwhile, the court sent Delwar Hossain, the chief of the Delwar force, to jail for torturingthe lady . He was produced within the court of Narayanganj Senior Judicial Magistrate Mahmudul Mohsin after a two-day remand in an arms case yesterday afternoon. Following the hearing, the court ordered him sent to jail.
On September 2, at around 9 pm, local Delwar, Badal, and her accomplices entered the house of the housewifewithin the Khalpar area of ward 9 of Eklaspur union of Begumganj Upazila and tied her husband within the next room. They then tried to rape the housewife. When the housewife interrupted, they stripped naked, beat her severely, and recorded videos on their mobile phones. Spread it on the web . This incident caused a commotion everywhere in the country.
The video shows the perpetrators snatching the housewife's clothes and saying something against her. He desperately tried to defend himself and called the attackers ‘fathers’, holding them by the legs. But theydidn't stop recording the video. Instead, the assailants kicked him within the face and body. then , he started hitting her body one by one with a stick. At that point , another person shouted 'Facebook', 'Facebook', expressing the enjoyment of spreading the incident on Facebook.
Meanwhile, after the incident, the accused local Delwar, Badal, Kalam, and their associates blocked the family of the abused housewifefor a few times. At one point they forced the entire family to go away the house. thanks to this, the incident remained invisible to the locals and therefore the police administration.
However, They released the video on social media Facebook On Sunday. The video of the housewife abuse went viral on social media., 32 days after the incident, went viral on social media Facebook.the lady later filed a case last Sunday night. Begumganj OC Muhammad Harun Aur Rashid Chowdhury said the victim had filed two separate cases with the Begumganj police headquarters around 12:15 pm on Sunday. He recorded it under the ladies and maltreatment Prevention Act. the opposite is within the Pornography Control Act.
