Private teachers angry over boundless inequality are harming the standard of education.

It is impossible to enhance the standard of education if the social station of teachers isn't limited to well-defined idioms, and that they don't get the social station.
In any part of the planet, the dignity of teachers is paramount. Teachers are the builders of the state, the youngsters of the sun of it. Evaluation of the standard of education and teachers of it's the inspiration of its manners, honesty, humanity, values, and patriotism. In Japan, teachers are allowed to take a seat in chairs with dignity within the supreme court. during a planned way, private teachers in Bangladesh are being discriminated against and cheated in various ways. Deprivation inequality in education - this is often unacceptable for humanitarian reasons. Teachers' salaries and allowances are less than those of peons, which is that the reality and therefore the identity of national shamelessness.
96% of personal teachers are liable for the evaluation of SSC, HSC, and undergraduate examinations in each public exam. additionally, to teaching, they're liable for the census, voter counting, observance of national and international days, delimitation of the catchment basin, local, municipal, city corporation, and national elections. Everyone must know the very fact that non-public teachers are playing an important role in spreading education within the country.

After 47 years of independence, the education system of the many divided countries. Among these educational institutions, 3% of the youngsters of the moneyed class are studying at low cost in government educational institutions. The remaining 98% are studying privately educational institutions, the youngsters of the disadvantaged, lower, lower bourgeoisie, and marginalized people. Where are these students who lost will of education going?
These later created various chaos in society. the govt needed to require appropriate action to seek out out the important explanation for the autumn. Bureaucrats are so curious about improving their quality of life that where is that the time to believe in quality education and universal education?
40% of the school-going children within the country support their parents, and that they also are unwill of education. the consequences of medicine are spreading in every nook and cranny of society. The youth became intoxicated by being involved in various unjust crimes. the scholars who leave faraway from education are those who are creating chaos in society. With the govt taking responsibility for education, the nationalization of the private sector should bring deprived students back to the mainstream of education. the sole thanks to reducing the value of education are thru nationalization. This year, quite 20 million students are becoming an education privately educational institutions. But, there's inequality within the salaries, allowances, and benefits of the teachers of the govt and personal educational institutions. we'd like to adapt our education system to the market. to realize the SDGs and MDGs, we believe that it's necessary to enhance the standard of education and modernize the education system.

Just as a stone cannot pierce an iron rod, so a tough heart and good advice cannot encourage them. Today, the administration might not concentrate on our opinions, discussions, and criticisms, but the time will come when it'll be impossible to ignore our logical demands.
The principles of the national education policy approved by the lawmakers of the country are only in black ink, not implemented. Whenever a drag in our education takes the shape of a plague, until it turns into cancer, nobody thinks deeply. the govt is education-loving, and there's no need for any educator to implement the objectives of our education. Sitting within the AC room, touring abroad, importing foreign advanced education strategies at the value of crores of rupees, improving the standard of domestic education is impossible. rather than traveling abroad, put a towel on your head. And Evaluate the truth of the needy people within the outlying areas of the country. And consider the way of life of the teachers. Qualified, up-to-date, humane, and technically skilled labor got to fulfill the target of education. Only then will the government's development progress continue.

The only thanks to eliminating inequality in our education system are to nationalize all MPO educational institutions directly or in 2/3 steps supported specific policies. Discrimination within the current education system within the country has created tons of anger among teachers, which has a huge impact on the standard of education. The matter must be seriously considered by the concerned higher authorities on an urgent basis.
There has already been a nationwide uproar over the standard of our education system. Extensive discussion among intellectuals, journalists, academics, and fogeys has criticism. Non-government teachers' organizations also are going vocal through various programs. the truth is that the bureaucrats have said, what can we do if the govt doesn't say? If so, where is that the trick of Subhankar? the matter is official complexity. Despite the goodwill of the ministers and MPs, the corruption in our education system has not abated. If you do not respect the law and are faithful to your responsibilities, regardless of how good the initiative, it's impossible to reap the advantages. The corrupt mentality of the bureaucrats must find an immoral way.
The skyrocketing aspirations of bureaucrats for money and power are the basis of all evil. But the expectations of the overall people were much higher for this most talented class of the state.

Teachers live a dehumanized life within society even after receiving education and interesting in the teaching profession and contributing the foremost to national development. Teachers today are neglected and disrespected by everyone within the family, social, and state realities. There are extreme anger and frustration among teachers thanks to inequality. it's harming the standard of our education.
In conclusion, to make sure the proper education of all citizens, the nationalization of the tutorial system must announce now. I think that the elimination of inequality through nationalization will end in a huge improvement within the quality of education.

** All the income of the organization will reserve within the state treasury, which can increase the revenue.
** The infrastructure development of the organization will get the power as per the plan.
** it'll be possible to make sure quality education.
** In eliminating inequality, teachers will sincerely attempt to fulfill their responsibilities.
** It'll be possible to stop falls.
** Unjust crime, eve-teasing,
Drug addiction and disorder will reduce.
** Will help prevent child marriage.
Above all, the govt is going to be great in history in recognition of its historic contribution to education forever.

Therefore, I think that the nationalization of MPO registered educational institutions are going to be a landmark and reasonable step to unravel all the issues.
